The Board of Adjustment of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2002, at 7:00
p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4th Street, Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Consider action on Minutes of meeting of October 2, 2001.
4. Consider action to select Secretary for Board of Adjustment.
5. Consider request by Mr. Fernando Aragon for variance from provisions of City of Anna Zoning
Ordinance, Section 22 (Schedule of District Regulations), for property located at 1506
Wildwood Trail. (See attached application/request form.)
6. Discussion of other issues as desired by members of Board of Adjustment.

3. Frank Joyner – Variance request
Property owner requests a variance from the setback provisions of the City of Anna
zoning ordinance as described in the attached Application for Variance form.
The property is located at 206 W. 7th Street (east side of S. Powell Parkway between 6th
and 7th Streets). The building for which the variance is being requested is located at the
northeast corner of S. Powell Parkway and 7th Street.
4. Jon Stepherson – Variance request
Property owner requests a variance from the setback provisions of the City of Anna
zoning ordinance as described in the attached Application for Variance form.
The property is located at 1111 Wildwood. The building for which the variance is being
requested is a storage building
