BOARD OF ADJUSTMEMT
SPECIAL MEETING
July 21, 2007
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Anna will hold a special meeting on Saturday, July
21, 2007 at 10:00 a.m., at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration, located
at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. Public Hearing
To consider public comment on variance request by Mary Valverde, representing
Valverde Enterprise, LLC, owner of property, from provisions of Section 22.9.3.3 of
the City of Anna Zoning Ordinance to permit a private club on a tract less than two
acres in size. The property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of
State Hwy 121 and FM 2862.
3. Action
Consider request by Mary Valverde, representing Valverde Enterprise, LLC, from
provisions of Section 22.9.3.3 of the City of Anna Zoning Ordinance to permit a
private club on a tract less than two acres in size.
4. Consider action to approve Minutes of the March 4, 2007 meeting.
5. Adjourn
