BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
February 13, 2017
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Anna will meet February 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the
Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to
consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum.
2. (a) Public Hearing: To consider public comment on a variance request by Bryan Burchfiel
of Skorburg Company, representative for ATC Amenity Center, LTD., from provisions of the
City of Anna Code of Ordinances, Part III –D, Sign Regulations, Article 2, Section 2, (a) to
allow an off-premises sign.
b) Consider/Discuss/Act on variance request regarding provisions City of the Anna Code of
Ordinances, Part III –D, Sign Regulations, Article 2, Section 2, (a) to allow an off-premises
sign.
3. Consider action to approve Minutes of the following Minutes.
March 6, 2014
