The Board of Adjustment of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Tuesday, June 5, 2001, at 7:00
p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4th Street, Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Consider request by David Wood for variance from provisions of City of Anna Zoning
Ordinance, Section 22 (Schedule of District Regulations). (See attached application/request
form.)
4. Discussion of other issues as desired by members of Board of Adjustment.
5. Adjourn.

3. David Wood – Variance request
Mr. Wood requests a variance from the setback provisions of the City of Anna zoning
ordinance as described in the attached Application for Variance form.
The property is located on the south side of Fifth Street between S. Interurban and S.
Riggins. Mr. Wood seeks to locate a structure designed for storage of recreational
vehicles at this location.
Due to absence of a quorum, the June 5, 20 01 meeting of the Anna Board of Adjustment was
canceled and no action was taken. The meeting will be re-scheduled at a time to be determined
by the Chairman of the Board of Adjustment.
