Special Meeting, April 2, 2007
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm, Monday, April
2, 2007, at the Community Room, Independent Bank, 101 S. Powell Parkway, to
consider the following items.
1. Call to Order and establishment of quorum.
2. Discussion and take action as desired regarding the resignation/election of
Secretary of Park Board.
3. Maurice Schwanke, City Planning Consultant to give update on Stater Creek
Park project, Bryant Park and Geer Park.
• Layout of Slater Creek Park
• Layout of Bryant Park
4. Update on Slater Creek Park committed funds and proposed expenditures;
including discussion and possible action regarding fundraising goals for
additional park items; and Park Impact fees update.
5. Discussion and recommendation of a Park name to submit to City Council for the
"Mann Property" park.
6. Discuss items as desired by Park Board members; including future agenda
items.
7. Staff reports and items for discussion.

8. Review and take action as desired regarding Minutes of the March 19, 2007 Park
Board Meeting.
9. Adjourn.
