Regular Meeting, April 16, 2007
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm, Monday, April
16, 2007, at the Community Room, Independent Bank, 101 S. Powell Parkway, to
consider the following items.
1. Call to Order and establishment of quorum.
2. Discussion and take action as desired regarding fundraising goals for additional
park items.
• Bricks —Large 100 It trail marker
• Bricks — Entry area, small
• Stone — Large Park Bench marker
• Field Names
• Trees
• Utility Bill donation
• Field signsJnags
3. Discussion and take action as desired regarding a recommendation of a Park
name to City Council for the "Mann Property" park.
4. Update on impact fees, commitments and actual funds currently available for
park use.
5. Discussion and take action as desired regarding a recommendation to City
Council regarding the replacement of Park Board member, Wendy Blair.
6. Discussion of items as desired by Park Board members; including future agenda
items.
7. Review and take action as desired regarding the Minutes of the April 2, 2007
Special Park Board Meeting.
8. Adjourn.
