Special Meeting, June 4th, 2007
The Park Board of the City of Anna will hold a special meeting at 7:00 pm, Monday, June
41h, 2007, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 N. Powell
Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order and establishment of quorum.
2. Discussion and take action as desired regarding proposal of Bond to the City of
Anna for completion of Slayter Creek Park.
3. Discussion and take action as desired regarding recommendation to approach
the CDC (Community Development Corporation) of the City of Anna for
assistance with development of Geer Park.
4. Discussion and take action as desired regarding possible activities/celebrations
for the 0 of July within the City of Anna.
5. Update on applicants interested in Board Membership
6. Update on Pogue's final estimate and contract.
7. Update on tasks assigned as follows:
• Jon Hendricks -Contacting Banks
• Monica Banientos-List of Anna Businesses
• Angie Toles- List of Builder Contacts and list of HOA's
8. Discussion of items as desired by Park Board members; including future agenda
items.
9. Review and take action as desired regarding the Minutes of the May 21st, 2007
Park Board Meeting.
10. Discussion and take action regarding purchasing three (3) easels.
11. Adjourn.
