Anna Park Board
Regular Meeting, August 20, 2007
The Park BaaN of the City of Anna will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm, Monday,
August 20, 2007, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building, located at 111 N. Powell
Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order and establishment of quorum.
2. Update on alternative constmchon estimate by Helmi erger Associates, the City
Engineer now wodirg on the Slayber Creek Park Project.
S. Update by Mauriw Schwanke an altemadve construction plan for Slayter Greek
Park.
4. Discuss and take action as desired regarding recommendation to City Counctl W
pursue alternative construction plan to allow more time for additional funding
methods to fund original Slayter Creek Park design.
5. Discuss and take action as desired regarding a committee to compile a list of
area contractors and suppliers before the nexd meeting fa assistance with
construction of Slayler Creek Park.
6. Discuss and take action as Waned regarding committee to analyze immediate
needs of Geer Park before the next meeting to pursue possible funding from the
Community Development Corporation.
7. Discuss and take action as desired regarding committee to place easels and
samples for Pad donations.
8. Discussion of items as desired by Pad Board members; inducting future agenda
items.
9. Review and Wks action as desired regarding the Minutes of the July 16", 2007
Ped Board Regular Meeting.
10. Review and Wks action as desired regarding the Minutes of the July 19a, 2007
Park Board Special Meeting.
11. Adjourn.
