Anna Park Board
Special Meeting, January 14, 2008
The Park Board of the City of Anna will meet for a Special meeting on Monday,
January 14, 2008 at 7:00 pm, at Anna City Hall Administration Building, located
at 111 N. Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order and establishment of quorum.
2. Approve finalized brochure design for Slayter Creek Park Brick / Stone
fundraiser.
3. Discuss and take action as desired regarding future fundraising projects
for Slayter Creek Park.
4. Update on status of Slayter Creek Park by Helmberger & Assoc.
5. Discussion of items as desired by Park Board members, including future
agenda items.
6. Discussion regarding copies of Park Board minutes needed in City Hall.
The following minutes are missing: February 19, 2007, April 2, 2007, May
21, 2007, June 4, 2007, July 19, 2007, November 19, 2007 and December
17, 2007 (It is noted that these are on the agenda to approve at this
meeting).
7. Review and take action as desired regarding the Minutes of the December
17, 2007 Park Board Regular Meeting.
8. Discussion and take action regarding changing the next regular scheduled
meeting of February 18, 2008. It is a Holiday and the City offices will be
closed)
9. Discussion and take action regarding the election of board officers: (1)
President, (2) Vice -President and (3) Secretary.
10.Adjourn.
