I- Call to Order.
Mayor Pro Tem David Crim called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Present was Mayor Pro Tam David Crim, Council Members John Garen, Keith
Green and Lynn Mosier. Absent were Mayor Kenneth Pelham and Council
Members Kevin Anderson and Billy Deragon.
A motion to go into Closed Session was made at 7:05 p.m.
Council Member Garen made the motion to return to open session at 7:08 p.m.
Council Member Green seconded the motion. Motion passes.
3. Consider/DlacusdAcgon on amending an Ordinance of the City of Anna,
oTfexas, defining and regulating fireworks by establishing an effective data
WY 2006, for said Ordinance.
Tim Adams owner of a fireworks stand in Anna's ETJ was present and spoke in
favor of amending the ordinance. Robert Hamilton was present and spoke in
opposition of amending the ordinance. Council Discussion. Council Member
Green made the motion to approve the ordinance. Council Member Mosier
seconded the motion. Motion passes.
AYE 3 NAY 1 (Council Member Garen) ABSTAIN 0
4. Adjourn.
Council Member Garen made the motion to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. Council Member
Mosier seconded the motion. Motion passes.
