BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board of Adjustment of the City of Anna will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2002, at 7:00
p.m. at the Anna City Hall, located at 120 W. 4"' Street, Anna, Texas, to consider the following items.
1. Call to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Consider approval of Minutes of April 2, 2002
4. Consider request by Elias Cantu, 1412 Wildwood (Wildwood Farms, Block 1, Lot 17), for
variance from provisions of City of Anna Zoning Ordinance, Section 22 (Schedule of District
Regulations). (See attached application/request form.)
5. Reconsider request by Mr. Fernando Aragon for variance from provisions of City of Anna
Zoning Ordinance, Section 22 (Schedule of District Regulations), for property located at 1506
Wildwood Trail,
6. Discussion of other issues as desired by members of Board of Adjustment.
7. Adjourn.
