SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
September 8, 2006 7:00 PM
Community Room, Texas Star Bank
The City Council of the City of Anna met in Special Session at 7:00 P.m., Friday,
September 8, 2006, at the Community Room, Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W.
White Street (FM 455), to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
Mayor Kenneth Pelham called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Pelham and Council Members Keith Green, John Garen, David Crim and
Billy Deragon were present. Council Members Lynn Mosier and Kevin Anderson
were absent.
3. Public Hearing:
For Council to hear public commend on the proposed budgetffax rate for
Fiscal Year 2006 -2007 -
Mayor Pelham opened the public hearing at 7:00 p.m. No public comment (no
one was present)- Mayor Pelham closed the public hearing at 7:01 p.m.
4. Adjourn.
Council Member Goren made the motion to adjourn at 7:01 p.m. Council Member
Crim seconded the motion. Motion passes.
