The City Council of the City of Anna met in Special Session at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 21,
2006, at the Community Room, Texas Star Bank, located at 402 W. White Street (FM 455), to
consider the following items.
1. Cali to Order.
Acting Mayor David Crim called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Acting Mayor David Crim and Council Members Lynn Mosier, Keith Green, John Gem
and Billy Deragon were present Mayor Kenneth Pelham and Council Member Kevin
Anderson were absent.
3. Public Hearing: (2nd)
For Council to hear public comment on the annexation of property along FM 2662
South of SH 121 -#1).
Acting Mayor Crim opened the public hearing at 7:01 p.m. There was no public comment.
The public hearing was closed at 7:02 p.m.
4. Public Hearing: (2ml)
For Council to hear public comment on the annexation of property along FM 2862
South of SH 121 - #2).
Acting Mayor Crim opened the public hearing at 7:02 p.m. There was no public comment
The public hearing was closed at 7:03 p.m.
6. Public Hearing: (2nd)
For Council to hear public comment on the annexation of property along Hwy. 5
(Powell Pkwy) West on the East Side of CR 423.
Acting Mayor Crim opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. Council Member Mosier stated
that he would like to see this item postponed until after the first of the year. The public
hearing was closed at 7:05 p.m.
6. Adjourn.
Council Member Mosier made the motion to adjourn at 7:06 p.m. Council Member Garen
seconded the motion. Motion passes.
