COMMISSION AND CITIZEN MASTER PLAN UPDATE ADVISORY
COMMITTEE WORKSHOP
March 27, 2010 9:00 A.M.
Anna City Hall Administration Building
The City Council of the City of Anna I Anna Planning & Zoning Commission and Citizen
Master Plan Update Advisory Committee met in a Special Workshop Session at 9:00
a.m., March 27,2010, at the Anna City Hall Administration Building located at 111 N.
Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), Anna, TX 75409, to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order
Mayor Darren R. Driskell called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
Chairman Joe Osborn called P & Z meeting to order at 9:02 am. Members
present Joe Osborn, Tony Halsell, Aaron Towner, Lee Howard, Damn Colombo
and Sandra Watkins.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Darren R. Driskell and Council Members Keith Green, John Geren, Marc
Hendricks and Becky Glover were present. Council Member Kevin Anderson
arrived at 9:20 am. Council Member Mike Crist was absent.
3. Workshop: The following itemslissues will be discussed. No action will be
taken on any item:
a. Discussion regarding a Draft City of Anna Comprehensive Plan 2010
-2030.
Director of Planning and development, Maurice Schwanke present the proposed
City of Anna Comprehensive Plan 2010 -2030. Mr. Schwanke explained how
the Citizen Master Plan Update Committee members researched and prepared
the proposed comprehensive plan.
4. Adjourn.
P & Z -Commissioner Lee Howard made the motion to adjourn at 9:28 am.
Commissioner Sandra Watkins seconded the motion. Motion passes.
Council Member Geren made the motion to adjourn at 9:28 am. Council Member
Green seconded the motion. Motion passes.
