SPECIAL WORKSHOP CITY COUNCIL MEETING

Collin County Adventure Camp
The City Council of the City of Anna met in Special Workshop Session at, Friday, May
14,2010, at 1:00 p. m and Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 8:30 a.m., at Collin County
Adventure Camp located at 1180 W. Houston St., Anna, Texas 75409 to consider the
following items.
1. Call to Order
Mayor Darren R. Driskell called the meeting to order at 8:34 am.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
Mayor Darren R. Driskell and Council Members Keith Green, John Geren, Marc
Hendricks and Becky Glover were present. Council Members Kevin Anderson
and Mike Crist were absent.
3. Workshop: The following itemslissues will be discussed. No action will be
taken on any item. Discussion at the meeting may be restricted to City
Council members and City staff.
1. Presentation and Discussion regarding Mid-year financial update.

City Manager, Philip Sanders gave a Mid -year financial update and
answered Council Members questions.
2. Review and Discussion regarding the five-year Capital Improvement
Program. (City Manager and department Directors)
City Manager, Philip Sanders reviewed the five·year CIP Program and the
Department Heads discussed their wants and needs for their departments
with City Council Members.
3. Preview and Discussion of FY 2011 Budget Goals.
City Manager, Philip Sanders summarized the mornings discussion and
received feedback from council members.
4. Adjourn.

Workshop was adjoumed at 11 :52 pm.
The Friday, May 14, 2010,1:00 pm Workshop was cancelled.
