The Anna City Council of the City of Anna will meet in regular session on Tuesday

1) Call to order
2) Roll Call
3) Citizen’s Participation
4) Presentation on Welcome to Anna from Ashley Overbey.
5) Consider and Act on items relating to:
A. 2001 – 2002 TCDP Grant Application.
B. Open, review and rank RFP’s received for Comprehensive Planning studies under
the 2000 Planning Grant Awarded to the City of Anna.
6) Consider and Act on hiring a planning consultant for the 2000 Planning Grant
Awarded to the City of Anna.
7) Consider and Act on hiring Southwest Consultant to prepare an impact fee
ordiance for the City of Anna.
8) To meet with representatives from the Anna ISD Project to discuss and take action
as needed on fire hydrant meter bill.
9) To meet with Mr. Smith to discuss and take action as needed on the
recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Board.
10) To meet with Jackie Hunn to discuss and take action as needed on the approval of a
mobile home outside the mobile home park.
11) To meet with Buck Parks to discuss and take action as needed on the approval to
replace their existing home with a modular home.
12) To meet with Phyliss Clark to dicuss and take as needed regarding the road
conditions on South Interurban Street.
13) To meet with Chuck Burns to discuss and take action as needed on his water bill.
14) To meet with Tommy Cunningham to discuss and take action as needed regarding
variance on electric wiring and sheet rock in house and framing.
