A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS,
DESIGNATING CERTAIN ELECTED OR APPOINTED OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE STATE OF
TEXAS PURCHASE VOUCHERS, REQUEST FOR PAYMENT FORMS, CONTRACT
AMENDMENTS AND/OR BUDGET MODIFICATIONS, AND ALL OTHER REQUIRED
PROGRAM DOCUMENTS, RELATING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TEXAS
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (TCDP) CONTRACT #717021
WHEREAS, the City of Anna, Texas, has received a 1997 TCDP Grant, Contract #717021, from the State of Texas, to
assist in the construction of wastewater collection line improvements; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint certain elected and/or appointed city officials to execute program documents in
connection with the Texas Community Development Program; and,
WHEREAS, it is a required condition of the Texas Community Development Program that the designation of these
particular elected or appointed officials must be formally authorized by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby appoint and designate the MAYOR, CITY SECRETARY, AND
MAYOR PRO -TEM, in his/her official capacity, to be an authorized and designated signatory for the
following documents:
1. State of Texas Purchase Voucher;
2. Request for Payment Form;
3. Budget Modification Form; and,
SECTION 2. That the City Council directs and designates the Mayor, as the City's Chief Executive Officer and
Authorized Representative, to act in all matters in connection with TCDP Contract #717021; and,
SECTION 3. That the City Council directs and designates the MAYOR PRO -TEM, in the absence of the MAYOR,
as the City's Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative, to act in all matters in connection
with TCDP Contract #717021.
