A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA ACCEPTING THE
CONTRACT WITH FOUR D CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR THE CITY OF ANNA FFP
SEWER CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anna has entered into a Contract for Water Supply and
Sewer Service with the Greater Texoma Utility Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Greater Texoma Utility Authority has entered into a contract with
Four D Construction, Inc. for construction of the FFP sewer for the City of Anna, Texas; and
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Anna, the Greater Texoma Utility Authority,
and the consulting engineer have reviewed the facility constructed as the City of Anna FFP sewer
construction project and found it to be complete;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA that the City hereby formally accepts the work of Four D Construction, Inc. as complete.
Upon motion by Duane Haves , seconded by
Joe Murphy , the foregoing Resolution was passed and approved on this 10 t h
day of March , 199 8 by the following vote:
