Whereas, The City of Anna has received funds through the 1999 Texas Capital Fund Program;
and
Whereas, Texas Capital Fund Program rules require a resolution authorizing designated
officials as signatories on documents used to draw funds from the Texas Department of
Economic Development to be used in payment for services related to Texas Capital Fund
Program projects;
AlOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNI
The following officers of the City of Anna are authorized to sign drawdown request documents
as related to the Texas Capital Fund Program:
Resolved this day the 9th of November, 1999, by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas.
