WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council") has adopted Part Ill-A of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and WHEREAS, Bloomfield Homes has submitted an application for approval of a final plat of the West Crossing Phase 6 Subdivision; and WHEREAS, The Final Plat of West Crossing Phase 6 conforms to the Preliminary Plat of West Crossing Phase 6; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated. The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Section 2. Approval of Final Plat The City Council hereby approves the final plat of West Crossing Phase 6 attached hereto as Exhibit 1. PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 8th day of November 2016.
