A resolution of the City Council of the City of
Anna, Texas increasing the required water deposit
from $75.00 to $100.00.
Whereas, All new residential and commercial customers of the Anna
Waterworks system be assessed a $100.00 security deposit
for water service.
Section (1): The said deposit requirement is in addition to all
other fees or requirements at present or any passed
and approved by the City Council of the City of Anna
in the future.
Section (2): It is understood that any deposit held on a residential
or commercial customer who re—locates outside the
Anna Waterworks system shall be used to offset
the outstanding balances of the water customer.
Motion was made by Councilman ADD e5 and seconded by
