HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 2017-11-380 West Crossing Ph 9 & 11 PPCITY OF ANNA, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WEST CROSSING PHASE 9 & 11. WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council") has adopted Part III -A of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and WHEREAS, Bloomfield Homes has submitted an application for approval of a preliminary plat of the West Crossing PH 9 & 11 Subdivision; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS, THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated. The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Section 2. Approval of Preliminary Plat The City Council hereby approves the preliminary plat of West Crossing Phases 9 &11 attached hereto as Exhibit 1. T October 30`h, 2017 Mr. Joseph Johnson Director of Public Works City of Anna 3223 North Powell Parkway Anna, Texas 75409 RE: West Crossing Preliminary Plat - Phase 9 and 11 Dear Mr. Johnson: Goodwin and Marshall, Inc. has performed an analysis to determine the impacts of the West Crossing development on downstream properties. This analysis, which has been submitted to, reviewed and approved by the City back in April of 2017 shows no detrimental impacts downstream. Based on this, this letter serves as our verification that no detrimental impact is experienced downstream of the project due to the construction of West Crossing Phase 9 and 11.
