A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF PARK
PLACE AT ANNA PH 1.
WHEREAS, In order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits
and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council")
has adopted Part III -A of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and
WHEREAS, Anna 55 LLC, has submitted an application for approval of a final plat of the Park
Place At Anna PH 1;
WHEREAS, The Final Plat of Park Place at Anna PH 1 generally conforms to the Final Plat of
Park Place At Anna PH 1;
WHEREAS, The Final Plat of Park Place At Anna PH 1 conforms to the existing zoning;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANNA, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated.
The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes.
Section 2. Park Place At Anna PH 1 Final Plat
The City Council hereby approves the final plat of Park Place At Anna PH 1 attached hereto
as Exhibit 1.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 13th, day
of March 2018.
