WHEREAS, in 2015, the City Councilapproved - +cal Agreement forenvironment
services inspections with the option to renew the Agreement for five (5) additional one
year periods;
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that it is in the best interest of the City and its citize
to authorize, ratify and approve the City Manager's execution of the said one (1) year renew
period;
NOW R •- RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILOF OF A`
Section 1.
The City Council hereby approves the Amended Agreement, attached hereto as EXHIBIT 1,
incorporated herein for all purposes and authorizes the City Manager to execute same on its
behalf.

YOU ARE DIRECTED TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT TO THIS CONTRACT
Extend agreement for one (1) year period as provided for in Section 2.0 of the agreement.
Agreement shall be in effect from October 1, 2018 through and including September 30, 2019.
Total amount for fiscal year 2019: $ 10,952.00
13.690 residents x $0.80 per resident
Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the contract remain in full force and effect
and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.
