J019 -0I -599 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING THE DURFEE ADDITION DEVELOPMENT PLAT WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council') has adopted Part III -A of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Subdivision Regulations"); and WHEREAS, Howard Durfee has submitted an application for approval of the Durfee Addition development plat; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Section 2. Approval of Development Plat. The City Council hereby approves the Durfee Addition development plat attached hereto as Exhibit 1. PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas on this 8t" day of January 2019. Hence we have produced a revised plat showing the house we plan to build now, plus the garage, storage area and circular driveway in front. Our plans are to build the house with a driveway immediately, and to later build the garage and storage, as finances permit. We will live in this house as a personal residence. There will be at a minimum, a basic driveway from Conway Road to the front of our house, with the possibility of a circular driveway in front to accommodate our three vehicles.
