ANNA PARK BOARD MEETING
June 18,2018
The Park Board of the City of Anna held a regular scheduled meeting on Monday, June
18, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Room of Anna City Hall Administration Building,
located at 111 North Powell Parkway (Hwy 5), to consider the following items.
1. Call to order and establishment of quorum
The meeting was called to order at 7:08 p.m. Members present were Stan Carver,
Judith Waldrop, Danna Ward and Kirby Barrett. Staff present was Maurice
Schwanke, Matt Lewis, and Brent Armstrong. Also present was Andy Michrina and
City Councilman Lee Miller.
2. Discussion of all Anna parks.
The members and staff discussed various aspects of the parks. It was asked that a
copy of the Sherley Park rendering and colored rendering of the future depot park be
posted online.
3. Park Minutes.
• May 21, 2018
A motion was made by Judith Waldrop, seconded by Danna Ward to approve
Minutes of the May 21, 2018 minutes as amended. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Adjourn.
A motion was made by Judith Waldrop, seconded by Kirby Barrett to adjourn the
meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
