SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
July 6, 2005 7:00 PM

The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 6, 2005, at the City of Anna, located at 101 N. Powell Parkway, to
consider the following items.
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Under terms of Chapter 551 of Texas Government
Code, the City Council may enter into CLOSED SESSION or Executive
Session to discuss the following:
a. To consult with legal counsel on matters in which the duty of the
attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules
of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with
Chapter 551 of the Government Code. (Government Code, Chapter
551.071).
b. Personnel Matters (Texas Government Code, §551.074)
1. Consideration of applicants Lee Lawrence and Joseph Gambill, Jr.,
for the position of City Manager.
4. Consider and take possible action regarding the position of City Manager.
5. Adjourn.
This is to certify that I, Cathy Crane, City Secretary, posted this agenda on the glass
front door of the City Hall, facing outside, and on the City Hall bulletin board at or
before 5:30 p.m., July 1, 2005.
