RESOLUTION REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT TO PATE REHABILIATION FOR
A SK RUN AND 1K WHEELCHAIR PUSH AT SLAYTER CREEK PARK.
WHEREAS, Pate Rehabilitation has submitted a Special Event Permit application to conduct a SK Run and
1K Wheelchair Push; and
WHEREAS, according to Anna City Code of Ordinances, the City Council shall approve all Special Event
Applications; and
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the Special Event Application and finds that Pate Rehabilitation has
planned a safe, fun -filled event for the community;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS THAT:
Section 1. Recitals Incorporated
The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein for all purposes as if set forth in full.
Section 2. The City Council hereby approves the Special Event Permit to Pate Rehabilitation for a SK
Run and 1K Wheelchair Push.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas, on this 23rd, day of July 2019.
