HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 2020-06-740 Sherley Commercial Concept PlanCITY OF ANNA, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. 20(ffi -U(e2 ..fIL U A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS APPROVING THE SHERLEY COMERCIAL, BLOCK A, LOTS 1-3; BLOCK B, LOTS 1-2; BLOCK C, LOT 1, CONCEPT PLAN WHEREAS, in order to provide for the orderly development of land within the Anna city limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction, the City Council of the City of Anna, Texas (the "City Council") has adopted Article 9.04 of the Anna City Code of Ordinances ("Zoning Ordinance"); and WHEREAS, MM Anna 325, LLC has submitted an application for approval of the Sherley Commercial, Block A, Lots 1-3; Block B, Lots 1-2; Block C, Lot 1, concept plan; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA, TEXAS THAT: Section 1. Recitals Incorporated The recitals above are incorporated herein as if set forth in full for all purposes. Section 2. Approval of Concept Plan. The City Council hereby approves the Sherley Commercial,. Block A, Lots 1-3; Block B, Lots 1-2; Block C, Lot 1 concept plan attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
