Tanglewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center
The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Workshop Session at, Friday,
February 29, 2008, at 2:00 p. m and Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 8:00 a.m., at
Tanglewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center located at 290 Tanglewood Circle,
Pottsboro, TX. to consider the following items.
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call and Establishment of Quorum.
3. Workshop: The following @ems/issues will be discussed. No action will be taken
on any item. Discussion at the meeting may be restricted to City Council
members and City staff.
1. Discussion regarding developing a sustainable vision and purpose
statement for the City.
2. Discussion regarding identifying and prioritizing short and long-term goals
and objectives.
3. Discussion regarding developing and prioritizing current year work efforts
to achieve goals.
4. Discussion regarding applying goals, purpose and vision to organization
and measuring performance and continuity.
4. Adjourn.
