The City Council of the City of Anna will meet in Special Session at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2008, at the Anna City Hall Administration Bldg., located at 111 N. Public Hearing: For Council to hear public comment on the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2008-2009. 4. SUMMARY: After a week of negotiations and discussions with the parties involved, we reached an agreement which will allow Crescent Construction to proceed forward with the South Plant Pump Station. As part of the negotiations, the parties agreed to a change order which reduces the construction cost by $34,000. We held the preconstruction meeting on August 22 and signed the change order at that time. I am asking the Council to ratify the action taken on August 22.
